Spats: "Hi everyone! Mommy wanted me to let everyone know that she is so sorry that she hasn't been able to visit lately. She had to spend the weekend in bed, so she could not get to her computer. She is working during the week because she has to, but as soon as she gets home, she usually goes to bed...with as many of uSSSSS as she can convince to snuggle with her. Usually it is all of uSSSSS! She is still waiting to hear back from her doctor in Houston regarding scheduling her "screw repair". We are going to try and visit you today!"

Auntie Deb: "Hi everyone! The catSSSSS and I are finally able to blog again! We missed all of you SO MUCH! Thank you for all of your get well wishes! I LOVED "SCREW LOOSE DAY"! I've been going back and reading everything that I have missed! Thank you for donating your blogs to me and for all of the funny jokes! I am back at work, but still having some back issues. My doctor hasn't made his determination about when I will be having the "repairs" done. I will let everyone know when my screws are scheduled to be tightened!"

Auntie Deb is Leaking Fluid!

OK, so loose screws aren't tha only fing wrong wif Auntie Deb -- hers is also leaking fluid.
Guess we'll do jokes about that next Friday.

Auntie Deb went to tha hospitle yesserday an had a "blood bandage" to hopefully fix it until she can get surjery.

Please send her lots and lots of purrs, today she couldn't even haf kitties in wif hers.

Auntie Deb Should Stay Home and Heal

Pleeze go let Auntie Deb know hers should NOT be going to work when hers leaking spinal fluid!!! Of course, hers won’t see this till later, but I sneeked in an put up a specshul post so yous can encourage her to take care of herself.

Hers won’t listen to me.

She had to go to tha ER Monday night wif complycashuns from tha pro-seed-ure Monday morning. They used a “blood bandage” (ugh, whateffer that is???) and told hers to stay flat on hers back till it healed. She did stay home Tuesday, but wented back today an had to leave, on hers docktors orders. Love & Purrs, KC

A VERY SASSY FRIDAY!

Hi everyone! As promised, it is Sassy Friday! Finally, a chance for ME to blog. I thought that I would tell you what I do everyday while Mommy is at work.

This is my favorite "hang out" spot in the kitchen. I usually wait here when it is almost time for Mommy to come home. Like all kitties, I have a "built in" watch. "Beans" need clocks, but we kitties have such magnificent brains that we can tell the time without the need for such medieval devices like watches and clocks.

So, here I am...hanging out and watching everything that goes on around me. Mommy depends on me to tell her about what goes on in the house

while she isn't here.

As you can see, I keep an eye on everything and everyone!

I look up:

I look down:

I don't want to miss anything!

Hey, did I hear the garage door go up?

Mommy should be coming in that door any second now!

Yep, it was her. I always tell her about who did what to whom and where and why they did it. I'm not a "tattletale"! I just don't Mommy to miss anything! She always tells us "Goodbye Sweeties, have a great day! I'll miss you! I'll be back very soon!"

So, I just tell her about our day. The other catSSSS don't mind. I spend at least 10 minutes every day talking to Mommy the minute she comes in that door. She picks me up and we have our "conversation". I talk to her and she asks me questions. It is one of Mommy's favorite parts of the day! I know that she really misses uSSSSS, but she "works hard for the green papers"! CUE MUSIC!!!

After our "conversation", I'm quite exhausted!
