LOOK WHO DECIDED TO VISIT US in at Washington DC ! We arranged to meet at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. While they were waiting on the lawn....little did they know...
WE HAD ALREADY TAKEN OVER THE WHITE HOUSE!
We thought we would trash it...umm...we mean tour it... before Cheysuli moved in. THUNDERING HERDS OF ELEPHANTS were in order. We started in the Cross Hall.....And into the Red Room... Chey has already got her portrait up in there.

Next, we met India, the White House Cat!
Here she is posing on a chair in the West Garden Room in the White House.India "Willie" Bush has been a beloved member of the Bush family for more than 10 years.
Here are some facts about India:
"India also goes by "Willie" and "Kitty."

After that...um...incident...we met a couple of Secret Service Agents:Fortunately, they were very nice. They even showed us their badge:
They...ummm...suggested that perhaps we should escape....err...we mean.. leave D.C. Here is the escape route....err....directions they gave us to get to the Taylor CatSSSSS house in Rockville, Maryland:
We all made it back to our house (Taylor CatSSSSS)! Whew!
If you need us, we will be in the basement hiding...we mean...partying! Just don't let the Secret Service know!

WOW! What an adventure! I'm glad you made it back home safely. ;)
Looks like you all had fun escaping, uh, we mean eluding capt -- It looks like you all had fun. We'll leave it at that.
Well, that was quite an adventure but very educational at the same time. It's nice to know so many President's loved kitties!
Wow, how exciting! :) Looks like you all had quite the adventure!
At the possible risk of not being politically correct -- and offending someone out there (tho no offense meant) -- THANK GOD you all have taken over the White House. It couldn't happen soon enough! And hopefully those (beans) that occupied it most recently have been tossed over Great Falls, into the Tidal Basin, or floating down the Potomac never to be seen again.
Woohoo! You took over the White House! That looks like loads of fun. And how great that you got to meet India. I am glad that a cat lives in the White House.
ps: better get some glue to fix that dish, then nobody will notice.
Why is it that we always have to leave places in a hurry and something has to be mended???
And let's be honest: WE had nothing to do with it!!!! Did you see those elephants? Thoise should be questioned by the secret service, right?
I am very amazed that you found home with those ,hmmm, those ,uh, those elaborate directions......
Mrs. OZ and Emil
Thank you for telling us about all the cats that have lived in the White House.
India was very nice, we had a good time playing with her.
You know I really think the elephants are the ones that broke the plate. We were very well behaved on this visit.
The SS agents were very nice glad you got home safely.
Your friends in Mississippi,
Scylla, Charybdis & Socks
Maybe we should tell Chey you need to be in some really inappropriate replationships to get elected.

What fun! Thanks for having us!
Love meeting the First Cat and the cutie secret agents. Thanks for all the info in regards to the past first cats. Furry interesting.
I reckon we should stick to the Flying Van and forget about all those roads. Too complicated.
Broken plates? No, not us! We only break towers. Oooops! You didn't read that!
The Taylor Catsssss' house is far nicer than the White House.
Great story!

That is harrowing! I am glad you weren't caught. I don't have the influence I would like to have just yet... and I'm glad my portrait wasn't part of the upheaval!
Whew, I was so glad that you all got safely back home again! What an adventure! I was very interested to hear about India as I didn't know that there was a cat currently in the White House - I knew there SHOULD have been!
