Auntie Deb: "I have to take Spats in to see the vet today. She is still having some problems with coughing. I have been keeping a diary of when she has her "coughing spells" and they see to come every 10 days or so. She has an appointment this morning to see the vet. I would love some purrs and prayers sent this way. Here are some pictures of me rubbing her sweet tummy."

We just got back from the vet. She took x-rays and examined Spats thoroughly. There is still a very small amount of fluid showing up around Spats' lungs. Dr. Bonner put Spats on an antibiotic with a small amount of steroid in it. We are going to try this for 30 days. Dr. Bonner is going to consult with Spats' cardiologist to see if Spats' can have an inhaler when she has her "coughing spells". I am praying that Spats has allergies and/or asthma. These conditions are easily treated. Thank you very much for all of your purrs and prayers.

We fired up the purrsss.....hope it isn't serious!!!
We are purring for Spats - we hope she will be much better soon. Hannah has asthma and is on a small dose of steroid alternate days unless I feel it's worse when I give every day until it eases. She has no side effects except for always being ready for food so I cut her portions down so she can have a few mouthfuls when she begs!
It never stops her fence and roof walking!!

I would be interested in the video too, to see if it's similar to Billy's problem. Perhaps an inhaler would help him - the steriods and antibiotics do not.
