Seaborne Ruskin Taylor

I brought our beloved Seaborne's ashes home.  We were so blessed to have him share his life with us.  We miss him so very much.   Seaborne was such a gentle white lion.  He loved to have his ears scratched and his tummy rubbed.  The memory of his soft white fur against my hand lingers still.

He left his paw prints on our hearts.

Thank you all so very much for the loving comments that you have left about our beautiful Seaborne.

I will try to get back to blogging eventually.  I truly appreciate all of you, my wonderful friends.

Sending soft purrs and kitty kisses to you all. The mom has Annie's ashes, but truth be told, they still don't provide any sense of comfort, only sadness.

(((Hugs)))

Seaborne was a lucky kitty to have such a wonderful home, almost as lucky as you were to have had him in your life!

My Bella past away in August. I took her into the vet cause she seemed tired. Ends up she had a tumor and there was nothing they could do. So, she past away that day.

I so know what it's like to lose someone so fast.

It takes time ...

Thinking of you,

JC

We miss Seaborne, too.
And all his little quirks!
Like his choice of music on the way to the vet, him wanting to be a Cow Kitty, the odd haircuts with enough left over to build another cat, and his heading up the Occupy the Stairs movement.
We will miss that and so much more.
When I first heard about keeping the ashes, I thought it was awful.
But after Bear ran off over the Bridge, I changed my mind. To me, there is something soothing about bringing them back home.
We lost Charlie-Taylor suddenly. He just went in for a checkup and we learned he was only getting 1% air in his lungs. He was fighting for every breath.
We're just never prepared for our furry babies to leave us.
Take all the time you need.
Love & Purrs,
Mom ML & Kitties

((((hugs)))) my heart goes out to you, I know how hard it is.

As I am writing this I am sitting next to a memorial box I have on my desk that has my baby Bobo's ashes in it.

I have a photo of him on the front, it brings me comfort and enables him to be next to me as he always was.

Seaborne was an incredibly handsome cat...rest assured he is watching over you with love!

We know how you feel - you are pleased to have Seabourne home - he will always be close to you now.
Mum has always brought her before cats remains home and as we are all indoor/outdoor cats she has scattered their remains outside where they enjoyed their freedom to roam.
