Auntie Judi-Bug (Sammy, Andy, Shelly & Sierra's Mommy) is having a MRI today so that the doctors can see what is going on inside of her pancreas.  Please join uSSSSS in praying for her to get good news.

Auntie Judi-Bug is such a special lady.  She is such a wonderful lady with an exceptionally kind heart.  Mommy got to meet her in purrson!  We talk to her on the phone (Sassy loves to have her daily chat).  We also have her to thank for the design of our blog!

THURSDAY WITH THE CALICOS

 Summer:  "Hi everyone!  All of uSSSSS are so sorry that we haven't been around much.  We all had the "sneezles", but we are much better.  The vet has seen a lot of uSSSSS in the past few weeks!  Thank you all so much for your well wishes!

Guess what!!!!  Sloane is coming home today!  She is spending a long weekend with uSSSSS!  I am waiting very patiently for her to come and give me some headbonks!"

Sassy:  "Auntie Judi (Sammy, Andy, Shelly & Sierra's Mommy) is one of my very favorite people!  Whenever she and Mommy talk, I have to talk to her too!  I enjoy our conversations so very much!  Auntie Judi is having some medical procedures done and I am worried about her!

Update 1/28: All of the kitties are sick with sniffles and have seen the vet. 

It is a viral infection, but since the twins have heart problems, they are on antibiotics.

Mom Deb stays up all night with them and is cooking special things to get them to eat. 

Please send purrs and purrayers to them all!

Sam is having quite a time of it since losing his pal, Seaborne.  He went to the vet again yesterday and had to be hydrated and have his antibiotics changed......he has a cold and the sneezies now.  Please pray for him.....and pray for Auntie Deb that the girls don't get the sneezies.

Sam is Recovering

Mine Mommy ML talked to Auntie Deb on tha phone this morning.

Of course, them's still in shock and saddness from tha sudden loss of Seaborne.

I know we's missing Seaborne, him was like a brofur to us.

What we didn't know was that Sam has been in the vet hospitle for over a week, in intensive care

wif kidney blockage.

Tha vet said that grieving over him's lost brofur could have stressed him out enuff to get sick.

Auntie Deb said she was too upset to even write about it on tha bloggie.

We's so glad Sam is okay and I betcha Sam and Auntie Deb would love to see some belated purrs, grrrs and purrayers.

Seaborne Ruskin Taylor

I brought our beloved Seaborne's ashes home.  We were so blessed to have him share his life with us.  We miss him so very much.   Seaborne was such a gentle white lion.  He loved to have his ears scratched and his tummy rubbed.  The memory of his soft white fur against my hand lingers still.

He left his paw prints on our hearts. 

Thank you all so very much for the loving comments that you have left about our beautiful Seaborne. 

I will try to get back to blogging eventually.  I truly appreciate all of you, my wonderful friends.

Our Beautiful Boy -- Seaborne

Deb:  Thank you all very much for your compassionate comments.  I appreciate your friendship so very much.  Seaborne was fine on Wednesday morning.  He started panting heavily around 5:50 pm.  We wrapped him in a blanket and rushed him to the E.R.  He had a seizure when we got there.  I gave him CPR, but he passed.  The vet said that he had apparently had a clot that went to his lungs.

We are heartbroken.  Seaborne was a darling boy that we rescued while on vacation in Seaside, Florida.  He was around six weeks old and the cutest little puff of white fur with his beautiful odd eyes -- one green and one blue.  Seaborne was ten years old.

We are taking a break from blogging for a while.  I will be reading your comments.

DAY NINE -- OCCUPY THE STAIRS -- CATCHING UP

Please excuse our absence from the blog during the past three days.  Mommy had to get more injections into her spine.  She is doing much better today.   

We have had half of our DEMAND met...TATUM IS HOME!   As you can see, Sam is very happy!

  However...we will continue OCCUPY THE STAIRS until SLOANE comes home!  Mommy says that she is coming home tomorrow!

We are SLOANE-ly! 

We have vowed to OCCUPY THE STAIRS until Sloane walks into the house!

DAY FIVE -- OCCUPY THE STAIRS -- DEMANDS

Seaborne:  As the elected SpokeSSSSScat for our "Occupy the Stairs" movement, I would like to introduce our Resident Poet, Sam who will state our demands:

Actually we only have one:

WE WANT OUR GIRLBEANS TO COME HOME!

They both live quite far away

and we haven't seen them for many a day.

We know that they are busy with homework and such...

but three months without them is a little too much!

In New York is where they both dwell

but if they don't come home soon, we will yell!

Mommy says that we should be patient.
After hearing that, we began to vent:

Our chant goes like this...we say:
GET THEM HOME OR ON THE STAIRS WE WILL STAY!

We miss them quite a lot.

Until they come home we will continue to squat
on the stairs and you cannot get past uSSSSS!
Tatum and Sloane.....get on a bus!

We are looking forward to lots of lovin'!
When you walk through the door, we will end our sit-in!
