But, Sam...Seaborne was with you.
"Anyway, Seaborne and I had to go to the V-E-T. Seaborne has a minor eye infection, so he got some drops for his eyes. Back to ME...
But, Sam...tell everyone that Seaborne is going to be fine.
"Yeah, fine. Anyway...I had such a traumatic experience. You are not going to believe what happened!"
But, Sam...it really wasn't that bad.
"I'll be the judge of that! I'm the one who suffered! I had to get a SHOT! And...."
But, Sam...it was a rabies shot and you have to have them every three years.
"Whatever, I was a mancat and got my shot without a problem. However what followed..."
But, Sam...
"Stop interrupting me! I WAS SHAVED!!! THAT'S RIGHT....SHAVED! AHHHH...THE TRAUMA!"
But, Sam....don't you think you are being a little dramatic?
"NO....I'M NEKKID! I CAN'T STAND IT! I WANT MY FURS BACK!!! THE VET STOLE MY FURS!!!!! N-E-K-K-I-D!!!"
But, Sam...
"She shaved MA BUTTE!!!!! AHHHHHHHH the degradation of it! The humiliation! I'm bald!"
But, Sam...she shaved a little spot on your left hip that was matted.
"close enough!"
"WHY ME!
....WHY......AHHHHHHHHH!" 
"I JUST CAN'T STAND IT!"

Oh poor Sam we feel so bad for the horror you had to endure! The vet is bad enough but I cannot believe he stole your fur!!!
Aw, Sam, we're so sorry you had to go through all that! It sounds like a horrible horrible terrible day. We sure hope you're doing better today, buddy.

Aw Sam, it is too bad you had to be shaved a little, but think about what Seaborne went through. It could have been much worse! And you can hardly see the spot. Don't worry, you are still beautiful!

Aww Sam my friend, what did they do to you.. But at least it was only a small patch they shaved. Look what happened to me and Seaborne..
Seriously I do feel for you pal. It will grow back soon. Mine is growing realy fast and looks silky and smooth.
